3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information about their website, target markets, and link building objectives
• Grant necessary access for backlink audits and campaign reporting
• Review and approve content created for guest posting and digital PR when required
• Ensure their website and linked pages comply with applicable laws and do not promote prohibited content
• Disclose any existing link building activities or agency relationships relevant to the campaign

We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, as these depend on factors beyond our control. We do guarantee that all link acquisition follows ethical practices compliant with major search engine guidelines. We do not use automated link building tools, private blog networks, or link farms.

6. Intellectual Property

Content created by us for guest posting and digital PR campaigns becomes client property upon full payment, unless otherwise specified. Our website content, branding, methodologies, and proprietary tools remain our intellectual property.

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Late payments may result in campaign suspension. Refund policies are defined per agreement based on campaign phase and deliverables completed.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Arabic Link Building Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arabic Link Building Services from claims arising from client-provided content, client website content, or misrepresentation of client business activities.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement according to its terms. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for clients whose websites or requested activities violate these Terms or applicable law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through the courts of Dubai, UAE.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
